If you want a refund, you can do it within 7 days of purchasing the CoverMeVPN Service. We want you to be happy with our services. However, we’d like to troubleshoot the issue you’re experiencing first. CoverMeVPN fixes most user issues, including common VPN service configuration issues. If we cannot fix the problem from our side, you can get a full refund.
We’ll refund the same amount in US dollars (based on the exchange rate at the time of refund) if you pay with cryptocurrency.
You will not be approved for a refund if the problem arises from you or the internet (third party). You’ll get charged if you use more than 2GB of internet traffic within 7 days of starting our VPN service.
Subscriptions purchased through iTunes/App Store are subject to their refund policies. That means our refund policy doesn’t apply to apps bought through the iTunes/App Store – you’ll have to contact store support. Refunds for payments made with prepaid or gift cards won’t be given.
We can’t refund purchases made from our resellers (Amazon, BestBuy, StackSocial, etc.). In that case, you’ll have to follow the refund rules of the reseller that sold you the product.
You can cancel your account anytime. You can also cancel a recurring subscription through your website profile, the iTunes/App Store, or the Google Play Store.
During the unused part of an ongoing service period, canceled accounts will not be refunded.
CoverMeVPN reserves the right to suspend or refuse service for any reason. Terminating your account for violating these terms does not get a refund.
After you’ve read our terms and conditions and refund policy and think you meet the requirements for a refund, please fill out the contact form. You must tell us what’s wrong, your name, and the email address associated with your order.
