If you want to start using CoverMeVPN but are unsure how to do so. First, download the CoverMeVPN application. 

Choose the OS you’ll use and follow the tutorials if you’re not sure how to install and set up the application:

If you want to use the application, you need to purchase a plan and then connect to the VPN.

Almost all devices running the latest versions of popular operating systems can use CoverMeVPN. Check the list below to see if your device is compatible.

• Windows (7, 8.1, 10, 11)
• MacOS (10.15 Catalina, 11 Big Sur, macOS 12 Monterey, and macOS 13 Ventura)
• Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, Elementary OS, Linux Mint systems, RPM-based distributions)

The following methods will help you double-check that your connection is secure after connecting to a CoverMeVPN server:

• Visit covermevpn.com. You should see Protected at the top of the page if the connection is successful.
• Here is the IP address you need to know. When the connection is successful, it should differ from your ISP’s.

Yes. CoverMeVPN allows you to share an account with up to five devices at the same time. But there’s one catch. If you connect the devices to the same server, you must choose different VPN protocols (for example, one device can use TCP and another UDP on the same server).

There are six ways to connect to one server at once: PPTP, L2TP, IKEV2, SSTP, OpenVPN TCP, and OpenVPN UDP. You can use any protocol to link a device to another server. You can set up your router with our VPN if you have more than one device. The router has only one device slot, but all your devices will be protected with our VPN.
